46+ days or more prior to start of event: 0% of the delegate fee (Jan 31, 2020)
31-45 days prior to start of event: 50% of the delegate fee (Feb 1-Feb 15, 2020)
16-30 days prior to the start of event: 70% of the delegate fee (Feb 16 – March 1, 2020)
15 or less days prior to start of event: 100% of the delegate fee (March 2, 2020)
