Registrations are handled by Kesselman-Jones, Inc. Make sure your registration fees are made payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc. Contact them at (505) 266-3451 or AIA@KessJones.com if you have any questions regarding registrations. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee that walk-in registrations will be accommodated.
It’s fast, safe and easy. Credit cards, checks and purchase orders are accepted and you will receive an immediate confirmation email and access to your session selections at all times.
When you register online, you will receive immediate confirmation of your registration as well as a receipt and outline of session selections. If you do not receive a confirmation within two hours of registering, please check your spam folder before calling the registration office to determine your registration status.
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex), by check payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc. or by purchase order.
If you are paying by check, the check must be mailed within one week of registration.
If you are paying by purchase order (PO), there is a $10 PO handling fee that must be paid for each PO submitted. If multiple people from one school/organization are attending, you are welcome to batch them onto one PO and save money on the handling fee. POs must reference attendee name(s). PO requests will not be accepted. Kesselman-Jones, Inc.’s tax ID number is 85-0409965. Organizations submitting POs with a registration form will be considered registered and will be invoiced. If the individual does not attend and does not follow our cancellation policy, full payment is required.
A $40 administrative fee will be deducted from cancellations received before Tuesday, February 28, 2017. There will be no refunds after this date. Cancellations must be submitted via email to AIA@KessJones.com. You will receive confirmation within 48 business hours. You may send someone in your place with no penalty, but please note that registrations may not be shared or split.
Cancellations received in writing by Tuesday, February 28, 2017, will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of $40. Notice of cancellation must be completed by sent via email to AIA@KessJones.com. You will receive confirmation within 48 business hours. Should you need to cancel your registration after February 28, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety, although a substitution will be accepted.
Scholarship cancellations must notify Suzanne.Lopez@state.nm.us by Tuesday, February 28, 2017.
